A\u00f1ada el sofrito, alcaparrado, sazon, , pimienta, salsa de tomate y aceite. cocina como 4 minutos a fuego lento. A\u00f1ada el resto de los ingredientes y pon el fuego alto hasta que hierva. Cuando el arroz se este secando.. revuelva y baja a fuego lento y t\u00e1palo.
