Una vez caliente, sofr\u00eda la salsa, jam\u00f3n, sofrito, alcaparrados, Saz\u00f3n.. por 3 minutos. Agregas el arroz, los gandules, agua y sal.. y lo mueves un poco. A fuego alto, el agua debe de hervir. Lo dejas hervir hasta que casi toda el agua se haya evaropado.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando el liquido parece que se haya evaporada.. bajas el fuego, bien bajito y revuelves el arroz.. lo tapas y lo dejas cocinar 20 minutos tapado. (No lo destapes hasta que hayan pasado los 20 minutos). \u00a0Luego lo destapas y volteas el arroz.
