{"id":685,"date":"2014-05-12T02:10:34","date_gmt":"2014-05-12T02:10:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/comerio.us\/recetas\/?p=685"},"modified":"2014-05-12T02:10:34","modified_gmt":"2014-05-12T02:10:34","slug":"cielito-lindo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/comerio.synology.me\/wordpress\/?p=685","title":{"rendered":"Cielito Lindo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>2 cucharadas de aceite de achiote<\/p>\n<p>1 lb. de carne de res molida<br \/>\n1 lb. de pechuga molida<br \/>\n1\/4 taza de sofrito<br \/>\n2 barras de queso crema, a temperatura ambiente<br \/>\n2 tomates cortados en cubitos<br \/>\n1\/2 cebolla, picada<br \/>\n3 cucharadas de ajo asado, molido<br \/>\n1\/2 cucharadita de piment\u00f3n en polvo (paprika)<br \/>\n2 limones<br \/>\n1\/2 cabeza de lechuga<br \/>\ncilantro fresco a gusto<br \/>\n1 aguacate maduro, picado en cubitos<br \/>\nAjo asado<br \/>\nSal y pimienta a gusto<\/p>\n<p>En una sart\u00e9n con aceite de oliva sofre\u00eda la carne y sazone a gusto con saz\u00f3n, 1 cucharada de ajo, y sofrito. Sofr\u00eda bien hasta que no vea carne rosada.<\/p>\n<p>En un envase mezcle bien el queso crema, hasta estar bien cremoso y saz\u00f3ne con otra cucharada de ajo, sal y pimienta.<\/p>\n<p>Para hacer el pico de gallo.. mezcle el tomate, cebolla, piment\u00f3n en otro envase y saz\u00f3ne con cilantrillo, lim\u00f3n, aceite de oliva, sal y pimienta.<\/p>\n<p>En un molde forme capas de queso, carne, queso, pico de gallo, lechuga.
