Agregas el sofrito, mezclando bien para incorporarlo.<\/p>\n<p>Agregas el alcaparrado, comino, sal y pimienta, mezclando todo bien.<\/p>\n<p>Agregas las 2 cucharadas de harina, y 3 cucharadas de agua. Contin\u00fae cocinando hasta que espece.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mezcla de Papa<\/strong><br \/>Cocinas las papas en agua salada hasta que est\u00e9n blandas, luego escurres. Agregas la maicena, sal sazonada y una pizca de pimienta.. batiendo hasta que queden bien majadas, pero un poco secos. Ponga aparte a refrescarse (Lo puedes refrigerar tambien por 30 minuto).<\/p>\n<p>Usando las manos, tomas una porci\u00f3n de papa y usando una cuchara, formas un hueco en el centro de la masa.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-1241\" src=\"https:\/\/comerio.synology.me\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/relleno1-300x268.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"268\" srcset=\"https:\/\/comerio.synology.me\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/relleno1-300x268.jpg 300w, https:\/\/comerio.synology.me\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/relleno1.jpg 500w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Usando una cuchara lo rellenas de picadillo.. Usando cuidado.. acomodas la masa de papa para que la carne quede completamente cubierta de papa..
