A\u00f1ada el sofrito y revuelva. Agregue el pollo y sofr\u00edalo a fuego moderado. Retire el pollo.<\/p>\n<p>A\u00f1ada la pasta de tomate, las pasas, las aceitunas, el laurel, la sal, las alcaparras, el vinagre, el sas\u00f3n, el agua y mezcle. Eche el pollo.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00f3ngalo a fuego alto hasta que hierva. Tape y cocine por 45 minutos a fuego moderado.
