{"id":368,"date":"2012-01-05T22:45:46","date_gmt":"2012-01-05T22:45:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/comerio.us\/recetas\/?p=368"},"modified":"2012-01-05T22:45:46","modified_gmt":"2012-01-05T22:45:46","slug":"frosting-de-ganache","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/comerio.synology.me\/wordpress\/?p=368","title":{"rendered":"Frosting de Ganache"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>4 onzas cocoa sin endulzar, molido (us\u00e9 Ghirardelli pero pueden usar cualquier marca)<br \/>\n5 onzas de chocolate chips, semi-dulce<br \/>\n1 onza de almibar de maiz (Karo light corn syrup)<br \/>\n1 taza de crema de batir (heavy cream)<br \/>\n1 cucharadita de vainilla<\/p>\n<p>En una cacerola mediana.. echas la crema y almibar Karo y a fuego mediano.. lo calientas hasta hervir. Se retira del fuego y se le agrega el chocolate molido y la vainilla.<br \/>\nDespu\u00e9s.. usando un batidor de alambre (no a maquina) lo bates un poco hasta que se derrita por completo el chocolate (algunos 20 o 30 segundos)..<\/p>\n<p>Para aplicarlo a un bizcocho.. espere que se refresque como 10 minutos.. luego lo chorr\u00e9as por encima.<\/p>\n<p>** Este ganache tambien se puede usar para glacear las donas.. y si lo dejas en el refrigerador por un rato.. se puede usar como relleno en bizcochos.
