Calentar hasta que el aceite llegue como a 325\u00b0F.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando el aceite est\u00e9 a temperatura, seca los pedazos de pl\u00e1tano bien, con papel toalla. Eche suficiente pl\u00e1tanos en el aceite, como para que no est\u00e9n pegados. Los fr\u00edes, d\u00e1ndoles vuelta una\u00a0 o dos veces. Dejar enfriar 5 a 10 minutos o hasta 2 horas.
