Las envueles en aluminio y las colocas sobre una placa de hornear.<\/p>\n<p>Ponga la placa en el centro del horno y cocinas las costillas por 2 horas a 350\u00b0F.<\/p>\n<p>Mientras las costillas est\u00e9n el el horno, en un envase, mezclas el az\u00facar, ketchup, salsa soya, ron, salsa de chiles, salsa inglesa, mostaza en polvo, ajos molidos y pimienta. Los mezclas bien y ponga aparte en lo que est\u00e9n las costillas.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando retires las costilla del horno.. las escurres de los liquidos. Descarta los liquidos con el aluminio.<\/p>\n<p>Usando una brocha de cocinar.. le untas la mezcla preparada, cubriendo todo bien y lo dejas marinando a temperatura de ambiente por 2 horas.. o en el refrigerador para el siguiente dia.<\/p>\n<p>Caliente la asadera (grill) y colocas las costillas a cocinar sobre la parrilla por 20 a 30 minutos.. untandole de la mezcla prepara 2 o 3 veces durante el tiempo de coci\u00f3n.
