De vino blanco (chardonnay)<br \/>\n8 ozs. De leche cremosa (&#8220;heavy cream&#8221;)<\/p>\n<p>En una cacerola con agua caliente y un toque de sal, hierva la yaut\u00eda, una vez cocida, retire del agua y maje, sazone con sal y pimienta al gusto. Aplane la pechuga, rell\u00e9nela con majado de yaut\u00eda, enrollada en tocineta y luego envuelva en papel pl\u00e1stico. Combinar el bacalao, cebolla, cilantro y aceite; y anadir el aguacate.<\/p>\n<p>Al servir,corte la pechuga en ruedas, la salsa sobre la carne y la serenata.
