Sofr\u00eda la carne en el aceite hasta que pierda el color rojo y est\u00e9 medio dorada. Retire la carne y echas el sofrito, laurel, or\u00e9gano, pimienta, vinagre y salsa y d\u00e9je sofr\u00eder por 2 o 3 minutos. Agregue la carne de nuevo y cueza tapado por espacio de 1 hora, o hasta que la carne est\u00e9 blanda.<\/p>\n<p>2. Agregue las papas y el alcaparrado.. y lo cocinas hasta que las papas ablanden.
